Breakfast: Coffee, tea, hot chocolate and rolls are available every day beginning at 7:00 a.m. A Five Course Breakfast is served in the dining room or on the patio between 7:30 and 9:30 a.m. Monday through Saturday. On Sundays, breakfast is served at 8:30 a.m. or guests wishing to sleep late may partake of a full buffet set out when the innkeepers leave for church.

Deposit:
a deposit equal to one night stay or 50% of the total for visits of
more
than 3 nights and for packages is needed to confirm your
reservation. Deposit may
be charged to the credit card of your choice or, if time permits, you
may
send a check.
Minimum Stays: Two nights on weekends; a three night minimum stay is required for most holiday weekends. Note: We do not accept advance bookings for SINGLE Saturday nights. Last minute bookings may be available in some rooms or a single Saturday night might be available "sandwiched" between other bookings.
Payment Types: we accept Visa/Mastercard, American Express, Discover and Diners Club. Cash, travelers’ checks and personal checks are also welcome.
Cancellation Policy: Because of our intimate size, cancellations affect us significantly. Therefore we uphold a strict cancellation policy:
Cancellation can be made by
telephone only! Email cancellations will not be accepted.
We will give you a cancellation number for your records -- until you
have that number, your reservation is still active.
If
circumstances require you to cancel, you may wish to ask a friend or
family member to take over your reservation. Travel insurance is
available through Travel Guard International, www.travelguard.com.
Children: kids over 8 years old are welcome. One child can be accommodated in the Russell Suite in addition to the usual two adults or children may stay in their own room if they are old enough to do so. There is an extra charge for a child in the Russell Suite ($40-$75/day depending on age and length of stay).
Pets: one or two pets totalling no more no than 40 pounds may stay with its humans in the Noyes Room. We must restrict the size of guest pets because we have a 45 pound dog named Julie and we do not want her to experience “alpha dog” issues with large dogs. Also, a poorly behaved small dog is a nuisance; a poorly behaved large dog is a serious problem! The pet must not be left alone in the room at any time unless crated. During breakfast the pet must either be crated or put in the car. Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pet and for any damage caused. All pets must be on Advantage, Frontline or similar pest repellent.
Smoking: smoking is allowed on the covered porch and on the grounds. No smoking is allowed inside the inn and a $400 cleaning fee will be charged to any guest who violates the smoking policy. We also do not allow the use of candles or incense for the comfort and safety of all of our guests.
Room Tax: 12% room tax applies to all room charges.
We pay a 10% commission to travel agents.
